I'm Chris.

 

Skill ignite is a team made up of my girlfriend Vaishali and myself. Vaishali is my personal videographer and chief editor. Pulling from my inspiration I create these recipes based on places I've traveled around the world and restaurants I've worked at. 

 

I've been working in all different types of restaurants for the past decade while acquiring skills and knowledge from chefs and mentors along the way. I have worked as a chef in New York, Boca Raton, San Diego and San Francisco. Each location taught me something new about myself and the food I was cooking.

 

I started this channel and blog to share these experiences with my viewers. I plan to teach all I have learned about different spices and flavors and show you how to execute them in an approachable way.

 

I want to transport you to another part of the world when you enjoy these recipes with your family and friends at home.
